The media could not be loaded. Had for 3 months it will melt the tops off your cartridges if you turn it too warm it also is staining the plastic yellow from the excessive heat and has several cracks throughout the plastic. Please see my video linked below, wish I could get a refund but too late I guess. Maybe it’s just a defective product but from my personal experience I would rather spend the extra few bucks to get a better quality one than just throwing away money on this machine.

Comes in handy when I have a full leg wax service. I can’t seem to figure out the correct temperature to keep it on, but still a life saver. If I remember to, I’ll come back later and upload a picture. It comes exactly as pictured. Also, it is specifically for cartridges that are the same size as the waxness cartridges, but I’ve been able to slide other brands in if I remove the lids or stuff them inside.

I just don’t like how they have their logo on it. It keeps the cartridges at the temp I want it door open or closed forever. It’s also going to fit any cartridges but if you use there brand cartridges they won’t fit other brands cartridges cover or hand held warmers since they’re larger. It cleans so easy I love it forever just for that to just some cotton pads and baby oil and it looks brand new.
