New floor !
This is nothing short of excellent.I’d used flash cleaner to clean my karndean flooring and it was stained and not as rich looking. After cleaning with remove and using refresh it looks like I have a new floor and will not now use anything other than Karndean recommended products

Easy to use. Needs the Refresh product too.
Bought in conjunction with Karndean Refresh to use on a 2 year old Karndean light grey wood plank effect. Had some light scratches which showed due to light colour of floor but the combination of Remove and Refresh has made it pretty much good as new.

Great product
Great product on LVT, removes all excess glue. Does look dreadful whilst doing and was concerned about scratches with the scrubbing pad, but no scratches and once polished with the refresh looks amazing!

It’s good at removing glue, leaves a residue
I bought this product after fitting my own karndean flooring, it did a good job at removing the glue that was left on the floor after fitting (so does warm water though) what I didn’t like was that it left a residue which was almost chalky on the surface and followed all instructions to the letter so I’ve not used it again. Honestly, I don’t recommend buying this if it’s glue you are trying to remove as water is almost as good and doesn’t leave a mess on the floor

Item arrived damage, leaking fluid. No way to get refund unless I return which I can’t do as bottle is leaking.
