Really good laptop!
This laptop is the best value for money you could get. I was looking for a 1080p 16gbRAM laptop, and this laptop exceeded my expectations, especially with the Black Friday deal! Good battery life, really fast, great features all around, I would recommend this laptop for casual/mid range productive work (photo editing, coding, board development…)

Battery drains when shut down
I bought two of them. Both charge to to 100%, but if I store them for a week or so, the battery is completely dead in each one and will not boot without being plugged in; that is, the keyboard lights will not even turn on when I press the power button. And I had followed instructions on the web to ensure the laptops do not simply go to sleep or hibernate when I shut them down (win key > power > shutdown). After much research into the problem and trying everything that was suggested, I decided to write a review out of frustration. One star was generous due to too much wasted time.

Bette than expected
Works great out of the box. Can handle my medical record and imaging at the same time

Good value at a discount, if you can tolerate fan noise.
If you can get this PC at a discount, highly worth it for school productivity and light gaming. Functions well, the only issue I can convey is that the fans WILL make a considerable amount of noise. I suggest finding a laptop cooling stand to help ensure no overheating occurs from having the laptop lie flat on a surface. I also suggest making use of a wired/wireless mouse and hitting F10 to disable the touch pad, as it is large and may cause issues while typing.
