Really nice quality, used for culinary presentation
My wife requested escargot for her recent milestone birthday. I have never made it before but after a little research it seemed easy enough (I love cooking). I made them two ways including in the shell, for which this product served its purpose beautifully.I rinsed them inside and out, rotating them to make sure water got in and out as far as possible. I then placed them in a mini cupcake tin on the stove top with the oven on (preheating for another dish). This drove off most of the internal water but I rotated the shells a few times to make sure. You can also then dry them out in the oven at a lower temperature (200 Fahrenheit or less).To clean for reuse, you can do a few rinses with vinegar water mix to remove any butter/residue. Then dry as described above. Easy enough to toss if you're not concerned with that.
