Great value at this price point.
This cover is a wonderful value at this price point. I have the black one and its soft, black matte pebbly textured surface works well with the tablets form. It fits perfectly, allows access to the charging port, all physical button controls and the sleep on close wake on open feature works as it should. It is sturdy, stable on the portrait and landscape stands, and seems well constructed. It looks good with the tablet, covers and protects the tablet well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Perfect Fit
Such a nice case for the AN3C. The pen loop works with the original Boox pen or a larger pen like the LAMY. I prefer this over the original case. The vegan leather on the black one feels great too. Unfortunately amazon shipped it in a bag and it got a dent in it but I think it may fill back out over time. I’m going to order another one in a different color. I think this looks professional as well if you need to take notes in meetings.

I like it, and it works with the new Note Air5 C
Only had it a couple weeks but so far it seems to be working just fine, it loses one star because the elastic band that holds the pen seems to already be losing it's elasticity. But the "leather" is good looking, stiching seems to be of good quality. I haven't really used the stand pieces at all, but they seem to be of adequate stiffness. I actually swapped to the new Note Air5 c and it works just fine with that, including the new volume buttons. The opening for the display is VERY exacting, which normally I like, but if you need to use a gesture to open a menu item, it sometimes proves difficult to get it to recognize that you're attempting to bring the menu up as opposed to simply swiping on the screen. For the money, I'm more than happy with my purchase.

Really good quality especially for that price.
I have the same one for my Kindle scribe. It has an inner plastic shell that it clips into. I wasn't a big fan of the magnetic Kindle cardboard feeling covers. Not sure why they're worth $100. I wouldn't keep those modern designed ripoffs even if it was bulletproof, no offense, but the magnets did not work. It slipped out. This thing feels like it can take a hit and your precious device won't go flying too its end. The thickness has a slight cushion feel. Pockets are tight. Designed with cutouts for your charge and button access. Only thing I would change is make it a little darker. But with a darker tone you can work with it maybe put a sticker or your name with a label maker. Or write something fancy. Definitely changes the look. Prefer it to the official fancy ones. Worth a try at it's current low price.

Case fits great, has a place for the pen to chill. My Boox feels safe and protected.

Love the workmanship but too many problems with the Boox Note Air 5C
If it weren't for the fact that this is an extremely solid and well-made case, I would have given it 1 star instead of 2. The device (Boox Note Air 5C) fits perfectly and it feels nice in the hand. The pen loop is a bit too small for my oversize Staedtler Noris Digital Jumbo, but I won't knock off points for that--it's a fat stylus, and it does fit with a little work. However, there are several major problems with this case that interfere with the functionality of the Note Air. The device is held in place by a "frame" of material covering the bezel, the opening being exactly the size of the screen. This would not be a problem were it not for the swipe up/down and left/right features of the Note Air, which require that you start slightly outside of the display area, which is now covered by the case. Swiping down from the top (notification and settings) works okay, although it requires being more deliberate about it, and swiping up from the bottom also works, but is a littler harder still. Swiping left from the right side (to go back) works most of the time but not always, so that's when it really starts to affect functionality. And worst, swiping right from the left side fails almost all of the time. In addition to those swipe actions, the Note Air lets you slide your finger up and down on the left and right edges of the screen (e.g. to adjust volume, or in my case, to adjust screen brightness and temperature). The part of the case that holds the device in place, because it covers it right up to the edge of the screen, makes this almost impossible. I was only able to make it work by applying a lot of pressure with my thumb and slightly shifting the cover to the side, and even so it didn't allow for any finesse in the setting. I was actually willing to deal with the limitations of the screen swiping described above, but when I tried to record a fingerprint (and use it effectively to unlock the device), I ran into another problem: the case is a bit larger than the Note Air, which is nice for protection, but terrible if you want to use the fingerprint sensor that's integrated in the power button. Yes, there's a cutout for the power button but only on the inside part that covers the front of the device; the back cover has no cutout, and this prevents your finger making full contact with the fingerprint sensor (and my fingers are not particularly fat). It only works if you record your fingerprint with the case on (which isn't easy because it will time out if it doesn't get a good reading quickly enough), and even then it requires a lot of wiggling to get it to recognize your finger to unlock, with the added risk of accidentally turning the device off since it's also the power button. Turning the power on and unlocking at the same time by holding your finger down (which works great when the Note Air is in its OEM case) doesn't work at all in the Fintie case. With all of these problems, nice as this case looks, I'm going to have to return it.

Good, but doesn't protect stylus
Good fit and comfortable grip, but the dangling stylus loop is a bad design for me. I've already accidentally snagged the stylus on things several times. Having the stylus be covered when the case is closed would be a huge improvement. It would also make using the landscape stand nicer without it sitting on the pen.

Product was damaged. Had a large diagonal crease on the back cover. Material feels very plasticy.
