Bought this product to use in replacement of pre workout for the gym! Just tried it out and can confidently say this is my new favorite product. Tastes great, gives you plenty of energy, and so much easier than drinking an energy drink! Also helps me focus more and helps with mind to muscle connection, highly recommend for those who go to the gym or even people who just need an energy boost!

Taste just like they say do, if you love the original flavor of redbull this one is for you. Give yourself the kick you need the moment you take them. I haven't experienced any of the jitters unlike the other caffeine options I've tried. All this coming from an engineering major. The mint flavor is my personal favorite flavor, gives me a strong mint flavor that stings a little which gets me going with the caffeine. This one has honestly gave me a good way to kick the urge of wanting to start using nicotine again.

Great pouches, they just need new flavors. Maybe like Citrus or Cola. Either way, good ingredients and effective.

Im giving this 3 stars because I love the taste of these but they do not have enough caffeine for me. However I am different - I have underactive thyroid and no energy so I am living on caffeine until I can either treat it with proper supplements coming by mail soon, or thyroid medication which I do not want to take. I hate coffee and these would be perfect if they had more caffeine - So I actually have to put 4 of these in mouth at one time if I need the energy. HOWEVER I also bought another brand with 200mg of caffeine and while thats more like the dose I need, I absolutely hate the flavor of their mint so I need to use one of these with those to cancel out their nasty flavor. These taste soooo much better. If they would make this flavor with higher caffeine content I would give 5 stars and live on these. But when I get migraines - these are perfect. I get migraines at night and just pop one in and it helps so much. Also just one doesn’t keep me up at night. So they have other benefits for me. Again - if you are not as lethargic as I am these could be great for you. 1. Great taste 2. Helps my night migraines 3. Not enough caffeine for me but makes higher caffeine content other brand pouches taste better when I add one of these with one of those. Please Nootro make this exact taste with 200mg of caffeine! Then send me a puck to try please!!

I was really hopeful for these, as I have tried SO MANY. I’m pretty sure I’ve tried every Nootropic pouch brand Amazon has, in every flavor, trying to find the perfect one. This one is as close as I’ve found! The pouches are full and the perfect lip pillow size. Even though they only have the one flavor right now, it’s decently packed with flavor and lasts for a while. I get a great boost of energy as well, no jitters or bad come down. These pouches are very high quality and the design of the can is one of the best out there. Kudos to Nootro for making an outstanding product! My work, and my wallet, thank you!

I definitely wont be purchasing these again, the after taste was gross and it seems like the caffeine is non existent.

I think I've tried most/all of the non-nicotine pouches available. This is the WINNER! Love this product! Just one flavor (frosty mint) but it's excellent. Not too strong, no off-flavor or chemical taste, the pouches are very soft, and my cheeks don't feel like they're on fire. The can is easy to open too. They're smart to sell individual cans rather than the 5 can roll, at least to ppl like me that are testing various products. Who wants to pay $30 for a roll only to find out you don't like the product?? Great job!!!
