I was skeptical, but it works well enough that I will buy it again
I was looking for something to help me relax and sleep. Melatonin gives me terrible nightmares, and ZzzQuil makes me too groggy in the morning. I was pretty skeptical, but I am pleasantly surprised. I put two dropperfuls on my tongue, the taste isn't too bad, and I do feel more relaxed. I have not been waking up as much at night.

Love, love, love this! I've been taking this for a while now and my sleep has significantly improved since I started taking this! I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep. It also tastes really good. I keep it by my nightstand and take it before going to bed. Love that I finally found something that actually works.

Must have for me for daily use! I put it in my herbal tea I drink every night. It definitely helps me relax and get a good night's rest

My coworker told me that she was having trouble sleeping and that her doctor had recommended this magnesium product to help her rest at night. It's too early to really know how well this works yet.But the first rections review of the packaging and the bottle themselves are both nice I like the wide dropper top.The taste of the grape flavor is quite pleasing and not gross like many grape flavored things lolHad an issue with my first order but I followed the instructions to contact customer service and they helped me immediately!
