This is one of few that doesn’t irritate my stomach. It certainly is a mood enhancer and helps with fibromyalgia pain. I’m so disappointed it’s been out of stock for months.

I have used Now Sames for a while. I love that there are no fake sugars or additives that provoke migraines. I will continue to use this supplement for a clear mind (stops my overthinking and scatter brained-ness) and for joint health.

I did not sleep AT ALL the first time I took this. I don't know what I did wrong but I'm too afraid to take it again. I was taking it for depression but I don't think I will try it again. I chose sleep over feeling sad any day.

I can tell I need to add this to my daily supplement. What's nice is if I skip a day it's okay. I am calmer and more focused and that speaks volumes after going through menopause at an early age.
