Tried to glue the last one on and it lasted longer. Perhaps it’s better that they ‘break away’ and protect the motor underneath, but could be better design from dometic to begin with. I was very lucky that these were the exact replacements for the motor cap that seemed to have fallen off my Dometic awning while traveling. It only took a few seconds to install them.

This is the complete set both sides!
The description is not very clear. Makes it sound like it’s just the motor side, but it is both sides!Very pleased this is actually a complete set that replaces both sides of the awning!
