Great floss for implants
To get the floss to expand, it must be wet as others have also said. I dip mine in mouthwash first. The green threader is actually stiff enough to work. It easily goes under my implants.

Removes plaque well, but separates easily and doesn't glide smoothly
This floss does a good job of cleaning between teeth, but is difficult to work in between tight teeth. It does mark where to cut the floss, which is nice if that is exactly the length you want. You have to pull kind of hard to cut it, compared to similar products. This floss does not slide smoothly between teeth that are tight together, you really have to work it in. While working it in, it often separates into multiple strands. It doesn't break, but it separates like a rope might separate into strands. It does do a really nice job of cleaning, removing lots of plague. However, the lack of a smooth glide, separating into strands, and relative difficulty in cutting the floss make it difficult to really recommend this product.

Awesome! Better than oral-b
I almost passed these by because some of the reviews were worrisome, but this is my far the best floss for bridges. Every so many inches, the floss is covered with blue plastic (this is the threader), so thats where you cut it.That makes these special is that the threader is a whole lot more rigid than the oral b floss for bridges (which is a struggle to even pull from the box).

Easy to use
product works well. Better delivery system than some others. I have always liked threaders in individual packages, but these seem to have gone out of style. These work fine.
