Eh
Not a fan. The concept is fun and while yes it does fizz up pretty good, the taste is just not there. It's at once too sweet and not? It doesn't taste like watermelon at all to me, not even the artificial watermelon flavor. It's kind of ocean-y tasting but that's to be expected with a lot of electrolyte drinks. I'd say this would probably be better in a different flavor but this one wasn't it for me.

Tasty hydration with electrolytes
This is a pack of 15 tear open packets of Bobelo self-carbonating hydration powder in watermelon citrus flavor. The packets arrived neatly packaged in the manufacturer's resealable pouch. The packets are easy to tear open and are quite small, and would be very easy to carry with you anywhere that you might need a little extra hydration and electrolytes. I mixed one up per the instructions on the packet, with 12 oz of cold water in a water bottle, and shook it up for a few seconds until it was well mixed. The instructions say to be careful when opening, and I opened the twist off top of my bottle slowly, as it was hissing sort of like shaken soda would, but not as forcefully. You definitely need to put this in a bottle that's several ounces larger than the amount of water you use. I took a sip and it had a pleasant, gentle fizz. It's not as fizzy as soda or sparkling water, but it's a nice refreshing level of fizz. The watermelon citrus flavor was good, and it had the balanced sweet/salty notes as is typical of electrolyte drinks. The watermelon flavor was more forward, with the citrus in the background. This is a great combo for an electrolyte drink because watermelon and citrus both taste good with a touch of salt. I like these so much better than those bottled "ade" drinks that serve more or less the same purpose. At the time I'm writing this, this pack is priced at $18.99, or about $1.27 per serving, which seems reasonable to me.

Terrible taste
Terrible. Tasted like barely flavored Alka Seltzer.

Rather wildly fizzy to mix, but tasty
It's actually a bit tricky to mix this stuff up! When it says self carbonating, it REALLY means self-carbonating. I first made the mistake of trying to mix it in a 12-oz glass and ended up with fizzy overflow all over the counter! The result was also rather flat because a lot of the carbonated portion spilled out. So, don't make the same mistake I did!The ideal way to mix this seems to be by adding it to a small amount of water in one of those protein drink shaker cups, if you have one. Then, once it's finished fizzing (which doesn't take long), go ahead and carefully open it (it'll 'pop' a bit!) and add the rest of the water. When mixed right, the drink is quite tasty and has a nice amount of fizz to it. It doesn't bubble up quite as much as a soda, but it's still got a pleasant little carbonated nip to it!

They're bubbly!
WAtermelon citrus was pleasant. It's bubbly! It bubbles so much and makes a nice fizzy drink. The taste is pleasant and I recommend using about 16 ounces of water.

Not bad but not great
This reminds me immediately of those packets of instant kombucha you can get, similar experience in that it foams up and fizzes into a somewhat tart beverage. This flavor was a bit weird though, the watermelon was extra artificial and the citrus just made it overly tart and bitter, being more like grapefruit than orange or even lemon.Wasn't awful, it'll be used, but I won't be getting more.

Watermelon + citrus is a great blend
This flavor is absolutely fabulous. Sometimes watermelon tastes a little dull and one-note. With the citrus thrown in, it is more vibrant and tasty.I liked how easy this was to prepare. If you've ever used flavor packets, you know the drill, with one exception. Do not add to a full bottle, or there will be nowhere for the fizz to go. Pour out about a third of a bottle before pouring in the mix and then shake well. It will be fizzy but not explosive. This is very refreshing after you've been working outside and seems to slake my thirst better than those other flavor packets that aren't necessarily designed for hydration.
