Beyond Braid Braided Fishing Line -Super Strong - Abrasion Resistant - No Stretch -Blue Camo, Moss Camo, White, Green, Pink, Blue, 4 Strand 8 Strand

I bought this for a craft project to get a strong weatherproof string for hanging a wind chime. It is 15 lb test so it is not a very thick line, and although it is probably strong enough for the task, I didn't like the look of the thin thread on a large item. On the other hand I now have some nice floating line that I can use in one of my antique reels. It is a pretty good value for the money. It is pretty durable and I tested a knot strength till failure and it held using most of my strength before breaking the thread, so it was well beyond it's 15lb test. It has good knot strength. The line is smooth and should cast well.

So I bought this braided line before and I will only buy this braided line. Maybe it's not true braided line but like power pro and others like that. When you cut it it starts to unwind and it makes for tying knots kind of pain where this you cut it and it still stays a solid piece of string. The other thing I like about it is I think it was in 1970. One of the old fishing pros did a documentary on bass fishing and he said if you took a black marker and hit monofilament every foot with the black marker, fish weren't able to see it. So they actually do this by changing the color of line as it goes up. It casts phenomenal if I get a backlash on my baitcaster. It's a hell of a lot easier to get out than with like power pro and I hate pooping on them cuz I've used them forever and in there larger diameter or larger pound lines. It's great, but when you go down to the 8:00 and 10 they'd like to unravel. So if you're wondering about this line, it is good and it's worth the money.

I recently bought the camo 15lb. So far, I'm pretty impressed. Super strong. I read other reviews talking about smoother casting, and wasn't convinced. Well I'll tell you, this is the smoothest I've used yet, and probably added 5 to 10 yards on my casts. No memory, no stretch. It's a pretty good all around line.

This is the best braided line on the market. It maintains the color and is extremely strong.

I’ve switched all my reels over to Beyond Braid and I’m never going back. The line is incredibly thin for its strength, which allows for much longer casts. It has zero memory, so I don't deal with those annoying 'birds' nests' or tangles. The color also holds up well against salt and sun without fading quickly. High performance at a great price point. We will be buying again! Its Stretchable yet keeps its stiffness plus cast like a dream!

I love this line. It's landed me a lot of fish. Hard to knot sometimes because it's so fine but once it's tied it's tied.
