These are great fans! It runs smoothly, The remote control is easy to use and works the first time you press the button, and boy do they move air! I installed two of them in the 70 ft steel building we use as a shop and they keep us cool. The fans run smooth and don't wobble at all, they were easy to install, and I'm looking forward to many years of good service from them.

I purchased 3, 8-foot ceiling fans, with a light and remote control. The fans are constructed out of high quality materials and a brushless DC motor. The manual provided detailed installation instructions and I installed the fans myself. The fans have 6 different speeds and provide a lot of air movement. I installed the fans in a 40’ X 50’ metal building with 16’ ceiling and I typically operate the fans on speed number 3 which provides very adequate air movement inside a 2000 square foot building. I did have an operation issue, with one of the fans after installation, the fan had a delayed start after pressing the fan speed on the remote control. I created a video of the issue, contacted customer service via email (with video) to explain the issue, the issue involved the control module. Customer Service shipped me a replacement module to resolve my issue.The fans have a classic style and look great in my building. If needed, I definitely would buy this fan again.

Got the 84” fan. Took awhile to install but it was pretty easy. This is a heavy unit. Luckily when I redid my living room a few years ago ago I installed a 2x8 between the studs to hang a standard fan. So making sure it was strong enough to support was not an issue. The breeze from the fan is great. Wish the light had a dimmer function though. Although I have recessed lights in the room anyways and probably won’t use the fan light. Love it so far day one

First of all, the fan appears to be made of good quality materials, especially the massive aluminum blades. These blades work far better than the standard wood blades and move a great volume of air. (Basically it looks like a small helicopter in your house)The fans motor is very quiet and powerful. There are 6 speeds on the Fan and I keep mine at 4. Installation is not the easiest as some of the machining on the motor unit doesn’t match up with the downrod. Also, if you’re not using the standard 6 inch down rod, you will need to splice wires and extend it for anything longer. The installation time took me about three hours.The only issue I had with the fan during the installation was the light did not work. I read this issue in some of the reviews and ran into the same problem. I tested the wires that go to the light and they have power. Some more than likely the actual lighting unit is bad. I obtained the phone number and email from Amazon and attempted to call the company, but the phone number is no longer working.I emailed the customer service and got a response regarding my issues. They asked a few questions and I responded back with all the information. I still have not got a response back from the customer service about replacing the LED light. Hopefully the company replaces the light so I don’t have to return the whole fan back to Amazon as it would be a lot of work to remove, disassemble and repack the product. Overall, I would recommend this fan just not the best customer service so far. If the company contacts me and sends a working light, I will update this review.

I bought two of these fans and they came and worked as advertised. I needed a longer down rod (72") therefore I bought a HD generic down rod that fit perfectly. The control wires are only long enough for a 2' down rod, so the wires had to be spliced and extended too. The light is not dimmable, however the light was disbursed evenly and acted as good illumination for the area.These seem very high quality, they are heavy and well built and look very impressive, either still or moving.They circulate plenty of air very quietly; I didn't need to use it at over speed 3; and I have 19' ceilings with these hung down 6', thus being 13' overhead.The hand remote came already paired with the fan receiver. If you want, you can pair one controller with multiple fans.Update 8/15/24: One of the two fans that I purchased developed a problem in the reverse direction; I'll wait and see how their warranty department handles the situation........Warranty was good; they troubleshot the problem an sent replacement part.

The media could not be loaded. It worked great for a couple weeks then it started making like a scraping noise but when I left it on it turned to a thump thump thump. It is mounted well and does not move. It moves a lot of air!!Update: the vender saw my review and immediately contacted me to correct the problem. I live in another country and they graciously offered to send me a new motor which I thought was fantastic. I appreciate their eagerness in promptness to resolve the problem. I would recommend them and I would buy from them again.UPDATEI received the new motor and finally had it professionally installed. The first time I turned it on it was great. The second time I turned it on it made the same kind of scraping noise that the first one made. The customer support with this company is good, but the motor simply sucks. I cannot recommend this fan. I updated the video with the new fan and you can hear the noise that it makes.

I have purchased and installed many ceiling fans, and this one is probably one of the easiest I have assembled and installed. I purchased the 84” nickel colored fan and have been raving about it all week. I had the fanimations fan from Lowe’s prior to this fan and it was more problematic than any. Besides this 84” fan being incredible and a quality build it’s less than half the cost of the fans from Lowe’s. If you buy this fan you will not be disappointed. I live in south Texas and it’s hot as hell every day, this fan makes my patio so much more comfortable.
