The author has kept in mind the Indian cuisine, taste and very nicely helped with presentation of food. The recipe suggested in the book can be made by anyone at home and does not require professional culinary experience. There are also online links added to the book which can be scanned and seen in case one wants to see the video and understand. This book is a clear testimony that healthy eating can be made with a lot of ease at home by anyone :)

Tasty recipes that too without oil.

It contains whole lot of receipe all satvic made from vegetables. Very healthy to eat. No chemicals. Natural raw food is so good for stomach. Virtually no use of oils. Strongly recommended especially for senior citizens. Best part is they can all be prepared by yourself. Trust me you need not struggle to digest what you would eat.

Book contains information about healthy food and meals ideas, I am sad becz too costly for normal recipes.... Too over pictures of even small items... It's more picture book than recipe book... Satisfied but it can be affordable so that everyone could buy... Sry ...
