Very good quality crystallised ginger. 1.5 kg bought
Enough of a "bite" but not too strong. Will definitely buy again.Arrived in HUGE AMAZON BOX and lots of brown filling paper with a small box with the six packets of ginger inside. Extremely wasteful environmentally. The order had been with dried figs that arrived separately the next day.
