In Greece we call it "gastra" and honestly it is very easy to cook in it
When I bought it it wasn't available on Amazon and I got it through a Croatian web site for £25 more than you pay in Amazon. What can I say ... if you haven't tried cooking in a Peka Sace you haven't live yet !!! Forget expensive pizza ovens this is the answer to everything !! It can do bread, pizza, any kind of food you can imagine and all it needs is some charcoal !! In Greece we call it "gastra" and honestly it is very easy to cook in it.
