These refills fit my twist pen perfectly. The ink is vibrant blue and flows smoothly with no skipping or clumping.

The cartridges run out in about 7 days, depending on how much you write. I bought these the last week of June, and I just ran out. There's a break-in period that lasts about a day, and during this period writing with the pen is very scratchy. After that, the pen functions fine again. For the price, I'd say they're fine. However, I think I would have to recommend that you just spend a few more dollars and get the official Cross brand refills. Those seem to last longer, considering when I got the pen brand new the cartridge lasted for almost 9 months. That's what I am going to do this go around.
