I can't even pronounce half the words in this product's name, but I'm pretty sure it's doing something good for me. I take it every day and I feel like my insides are getting a good spring cleaning. It's like a tiny army of enzymes marching through my body, vanquishing all the bad guys. Or at least that's what I picture in my head. 5/5 stars, my internal army is victorious!

Most are unaware that nattokinase when combined with cayenne pepper can clean 95% of clogged arteries "according to clinical studies " search on uncensored search engines....This is a great product to begin the protocol.

I had taken nattokinase for several years only to discover on a video by Dr Ford Brewer that it probably did absolutely nothing for me, because the body needs a thoroughly high dose of this for it to actually start stabilizing material plaque or eliminating it. A medical study cited by Dr Brewer indicates that you have to have at least 10,800 fibrinolytic units (FU) to have any positive effect on reducing, stabilizing, or eliminating arterial plaque in the body. However I had a hard time finding nattokinase at that potency level. In fact, on Amazon I only found two and this product had the highest amount of nattokinase in it. It is a single easy to swallow capsule. According to the medical study, after a year on 10,800 or more per day, you can see a marked difference in the amount of plaque on a carotid intermedial thickness test called a CIMT. Dr Brewer give several examples of this from his own practice and uses this as a normal part of treating patients who have started getting plaque or who have advanced plaque already. I would recommend this product to anyone in their 40s or older to help prevent further damage to their arteries caused by plaque. Of course Dr Brewer also covers a lot of ways to prevent plaque in the first place but he is a very strong advocate of the use of this kind of supplement at the appropriate level. Unfortunately, doses less than 8000 units per day do little to help cardiovascular issues and are likely a great waste of money.

Good deal good product

Difficult to actually rate as not sure how you tell if it is doing what it says it will do but it is easy to take and causes no stomach upset. Quality ingredients. Hope it is actually accomplishing its claims.

In order for nattokinase to be effective you need to take 10,000 FU on an empty stomach. Take these first thing when you wake up and wait 30 min before eating.
