I purchased this as I have recently had a serious health scare where my blood oxygen dropped to 36%. I wanted to keep an eye on it so thought this would be a great idea. It says my rates are always 99%. Even on oxygen, in hospital, they could not achieve this. (My old meter showed 94%). Great gimmick - total waste of money. Don't bother.

Nice smart ring, bit chunky but looks nice, seems quite accurate but not as accurate as a smart watch. Sizings aren’t very reliable, I ordered a size y to fit my middle finger, but it was too small and would only just fit my ring finger (1 1/2 sizes smaller). Also the charging box wasn’t supplied, only a cable… would’ve given it 5stars if the charging box was supplied.

Heart rate monitoring is good, and the rest of the tech is satisfactory, apart from the step counter which is silly. As I'm walking it's counting multiple steps because my arm swings. The biggest disappointment is the outer titanium colour. It's scratched and faded after a couple of months. The ring now looks terrible. See pictures. I would look to choose another next time. I don't believe for a second that the £300 version is any better except aesthetically. This cheaper version you don't have to pay for a subscription. If they designed the outer shell better I would buy again.

Had to order 3 to get the correct size despite following their measurements and using a bit of string. I prefer it on my thumb but my sister has it on her forefinger. It's quite thick and so I had to swap it from my right to my left thumb as I couldn't hold my padel raquet. It gives a reasonable reading of heart rate, steps and sleep pattern. I asked ( via Amazon) if I could wear it swimming but never got a response. I also purchased a little charging case for it but it arrived without a lead so I cannot charge the case. I wrote (via Amazon) and asked what lead I required and never got a response to that either so don't think there is any customer service. However, I prefer it to a watch and am happy with it.
