Yes, this product is hard to dissolve. I've tried many different brands of colostrum and they are all this way. You really need to use a shaker bottle, or better yet a milk frother and then you're good to go.I really like the health benefits that I usually get from using colostrum. It has little to no taste; if you're putting it in water all on its own, there is just the hint of a milky flavor aftertaste. But if you mix it in with just about any other liquid, juice, smoothie, tea, Etc.... I can't detect the flavor at all.My issues with this particular brand:40lgG is the MINIMUM I look for when I purchase colostrum, so this brand is well below that at only 30lgG guaranteed. I also wonder about the fact that they say you can mix this into both hot and cold beverages when it's a pretty well known fact that colostrum should not be mixed in with hot beverages at all in order to retain its health properties.there are also small lumps in the powder, that I've never seen in any other type of colostrum before. It's always just been a very fine smooth milk powder, so I'm really not sure what those might be or what is causing them?So for those reasons this brand is not for me and I would not purchase.

Hopefully I can update here in another month or so.I got this today and tried it and it is easy to drink. No flavor that I noticed. It smells like powdered coffee creamer in the tub and looks like it also. It doesn't completely blend into your beverage all the way and leaves some small clumps. I purchased a small immersion blender/ milk frothing tool of amazon that will get here in a few days. Also your beverage needs to be cooled to 145 degrees before adding the 2 scoops so not to degrade the colostrum.

I like all the content it has and how well it has worked for me. The best is that it is unflavored so I can use it with anything I want.

Odorless and light on the palate makes this very easy to gulp down.As for the benefits advertised, well, it's pretty mixed. I've read tons of people who said it helped with digestion and bloating and also a bunch who said it did not do anything for them personally. Lots of scientific papers out there on this are also to be taken with a grain of salt since several of them were done by people who were associated with dairy companies one way or another whom might have an interests in promoting such product.Or you could also take it as that they, as someone involved, actually believes in it hence why they make it. However you take it, if you decide to try it just don't expect that it'll change you into a completely new person.

I have used other brands of colostrum but I wanted to try this one and I have been very happy with it so far. No negative effects and it tastes good and mixes well. It's a 5g serving using the included scoop I personally take colostrum twice a day. But I always start slow and build up to it.I would recommend it to a friend and order again.Update: My review went from 5 Starts 1 because I just found some kind of small red specks in the powder and I started to dig deeper and found more chucks on something. I have no idea what this is, which is kind of scary since I have been ingesting it.
