Made me realise how weak my hands were when doing the opposite to gripping something, I think these will definitely help in strengthening muscles which you might not use that often in your hands.

I am pleasantly supprised with thease grip trainers, I cannot comment on the effectiveness at the moment but they appear to be well made and are realy well priced.If you are wanting to increase your grip strength or just want somthing to use as a fidget toy to help with anxiety or stress thease are a great addition to anyones arsenal.

Had a set of resistance bands from Fitbeast from lockdown which are still going strong. These appear to be same quality. I bought them for extensor exercises as I have an imbalance. Very pleased with them and a very detailed leaflet with good illustrations of exercises and muscles. Comes in a handy box and also a bag. Reasonable range of resistances, but would have been better with at least one lighter resistance band

These hasn't done what it says it does but can't have it all

My son has hypermobility and low strength in his hands. We were advised by his OT to get a set like this to help him. These have good tension and the lightest ones are easy enough for my nearly 10 year old to do but still enough of a challenge to push himself. Brilliant little kit
