It has a bit of a learning curve but does a great job. I would say it is strictly for liquid hand soap rather than useful for dispensing dish soap. I bought with the intent to use it in the kitchen but it is now in our main bathroom and is doing a great job. The child lock comes in handy with our 5 year old granddaughter! So far the charge is holding well.

I am updating my 4 stars review to 5 starts. This dispenser works better that the other brand OXO. It has three settings to dispense soap small, medium and large. The battery last more than 3 months in our kitchen that is very busy.

Overall much better than a regular pump bottle for unscented dish soap for dishes and hands, holds a lot, doesn't tip easily, and the liquid soap doesn't dehydrate and get too thick as with some pump dispensers. Cons are that changing the amount dispensed could be easier, while it apparently takes a charge I've seen no way to tell when it's charged, and space might be an issue. I'd definitely buy again and am going to see if they have a smaller one for bathrooms.

The charger is fast and easy to use. A single charge lasts several months (I am still on the first charge and the item was purchased 11/21). This unit was purchased because a previous dispenser clogged and was difficult to clean. Eventually the previous dispenser became so clogged that it couldn't be cleaned and ceased to function. No clogs noted to date. The reservoir is of good size and is still on the initial fill.

I replaced my Simple Human soap dispensers with these. Happy with the amount of soap it holds plus can select amount to dispense. HOWEVER the chrome finish doesn’t hold up to the kids bathroom wear and tear. The finish degrades if splattered with toothpaste that isn’t wiped off right away. Otherwise they’re great. I issues with how the work and I’ve had for awhile now

Works great and haven't had to recharge it yet. I like that you can adjust how much soap it dispenses.

I originally wrote a poor review for this product. However, upon further evaluation, I realized that I must have inadvertently changed the pump settings. I realized this because while washing a tray, I heard the dispenser beeping a lot (I guess touching the wet metal tray to the power button was like touching with my finger). When I went to check the dispensing, it starting working much better. I then changed the setting to go to its full pump timing again, and it worked like before. So for now, I'd like to revise my review from 1 star (didn't work for more than a week) to 4 stars (works fine for now). If this dispenser stops working after a few months like all of the other ones I've purchased in the past, I'll review the review accordingly.

Looks great in the bathroom so good you just need to recharge it save on batteries

Der Spender ist stylisch, leicht zu bedienen und komfortabel - eine saubere, hygienische Lösung für alle Nutzer. Die Seifenmenge lässt sich gut dosieren. Der Akku hat ausreichend Kapazität und das Laden mit dem Magnetkontakt praktisch. Nach ca. zwei Monaten im Einsatz gab es Probleme mit der Elektronik. So konnten die Einstellungen nicht mehr verändert werden (Dosierung, Kindersicherung, keine Anzeige bei Erreichen der vollen Ladung). Dies wurde über das Kontaktformular von Amazon gemeldet. Binnen weniger Tage gab es eine Rückmeldung vom Kundensupport des Geräteherstellers. Kaufbestätigung, Rechnung, ein kurzes Mängelvideo und am nächsten Tag wurde auch schon ein Ersatzgerät zugesagt. Dieses wurde dann auch ein paar Tage später geliefert. Danke Samantha - der Support war super!!!

Je l'utilise de manière intensive au travail pendant 3 heures par jour, 4 fois par semaine, et je ne l'ai chargé encore qu'une fois (première charge début décembre 2024) et jusqu'à aujourd'hui pas encore eu besoin de le recharger. Fonctionnement parfait. On peut choisir la quantité de savon désiré lors d'une utilisation. J'en suis très content. Bon produit
