Vitamin B12 Liquid Drops 3000mcg Made in The UK Adeno + Methyl 2 Month Supply Vegan High Strength Sublingual Adenosylcobalamin + Methylcobalamin 30ml

This is a new liquid B12 I am trying out having tried other brands and I do like the fact that it is not sweet, but plain taste, and so far seems to be working. I also bought the B6 from the same company, and that seems to be working too. Not unpleasant taste, easy to consume.

Ridiculously high dosed, but that's not the reason I took a star off. The reason I took a star off from this, is because doing 10 drops under the tongue is really hard to pull off, the product is hard to count that many drops under the tongue, as I cannot feel the drops sometimes, and on top of that the dropper isn't that great. The ingredients itself is natural form of B12 and the active form, there's no synthetic ingredients in this from what I can see, there's only natural, and even without any sweeteners and sugar, as some of them have flavours and taste nice, this is bitter and bland, but I don't mind that becaause to me supplements are medicine, and medicine isn't supposed to taste nice, if medicine tasted nice, it would spike my blood sugar levels. The only way I can tell how many drops under my tongue is if I store this in the fridge. My tongue can then taste cold drops, but they are still small and faint. This product reminded me of the Evil Dead movie, where Ash takes drops but forgets how many he put in his mouth, as the dose is 10 drops, this happened to me once today, just too many drops to remember, if I get side tracked during counting, couldn't the dropper size be increased so only 1-2 drops is necessary? That would improve on this product greatly, and hope to see that in the future. I did feel a bit more energetic, but first dose, and only ever so slightly, it may take over a month to really feel something happening. The dosage is 10 drops under the tongue there are 600 drops and 60 servings so should last 2 months of 10 per day. If you like sweet things only, your not going to like this product, because it's plain, it may taste of something bland, and not pleasant in anyway, but not nasty either.

Decided to try this after having a different brand. It’s easy to use with the dropper under the tongue & has no taste, which I prefer. I have functional B12 absorption issues so this type of sublingual product gets straight into the bloodstream bypassing the stomach. Not sure I’ve felt any more benefit than the Nature Provides product I had before so will probably go back to that.

Arrived a day afer ordering . Have used 2 bottles yet to see a difference but I am extremely B12 deficient so I'm expecting it to take a while.

The first B12 supplement that is without glycerine, xylitol or other additives. This is pure B12! Thank you for that!

I like that its oral and easy t ouse. I have certainly felt a difference in 2 weeks of using.

As someone who struggles to absorb B12 this is the most effective I have found.
