Over 3"
Excellent quality, you can see that right when you see it, but it is well over 3 inches. Not a problem if your bench grinder is open but mine is enclosed and only fits 3" with a fraction to spare. Because it's over, it will not fit.

Missed it by that much
This could be my own fault. The description says 3” diameter. It did not fit my 3” bench grinder. Took a lot of work to downsize it without ruining it and keeping it exactly round. Just a heads up. Leather quality is excellent
