Not as advertised, there is no removable cover, it is not memory foam (it is styrofoam beads) and there is no SAIREIDER label on it. I have bought the same quality from the dollar store. This is definitely a scam.

Great quality, soft, comfortable, durable, & easy to use. I have bought several of these (I think 4?) for my mother over the past year (because they kept getting lost or damaged), & she loves them! Also, it’s not hard to inflate this neck pillow at all, which means it can be inflated very rapidly after opening the package, which is incredibly convenient.
