Sony Xperia 1 VI DUAL-SIM 12GB RAM 512GB 5G Khaki Green

Swapped out the T-Mobile SIM from my 2018 Samsung S9+ and inserted it into this Sony Xperia 1 VI and soon thereafter received a welcome SMS message from T-Mobile indicating 'your phone isn't fully compatible with our advanced network.', however I've had excellent connectivity in the Northern VA area . Followed onscreen instructions for migrating apps/data from my old phone - I did this via WiFi as the USB port of the old phone is a little dodgy now. I can't recall if the phone arrived with Android 15 installed, or whether that was one of updates applied. Battery Life has been excellent for my relatively light usage - with charging only needed every 2nd day or so. The phone arrived with an initial 60% or so charge. I like that the phone has a similar size to my older S9+, as it seems many phones are now too large and not easily held single handed - at least for me. The screen is vibrant although a little dim in low light, I suspect that it just needs to learn my desired brightness / lighting levels. The sound quality for calls, and music has been great. The fact that this phone has a 3.5mm headphone socket (and SD card slot) were one of the main reasons for this purchase. The camera lens options were another reason for purchasing this - this included camera app has zoom settings for 0.7x, 1x, 2x, 3.5x, and 7.1x - which I believe correspond to the different lens optical zoom ranges. Thus, after 3-4 days of having this phone - I'm very pleased.

Great job. They shipped from Miami and got my phone to me in 5 days, as they said. The Xperia 1 VI works great. No problems. It's wider than my Xperia 1 III, but I hardly feel the difference. I uploaded contents from my old phone to the new one via a cable and the interface looks exactly the same. I had to change it up to make it look like I actually got a new phone, but contacts and apps via my Google account transferred seamlessly. The battery does last twice as long and my camera also seems better than my III. VERY PLEASED
