This was a great purchase. The screen size was larger than expected and great quality. It was a very fast and easy set-up. The speed of the Internet with the wifi boost is crazy. I didn't realize how bad my old laptop was until I got this and all of my work from home headaches went away. I haven't tried the battery life honestly as I use it for work so it does stay plugged in. But, by far a very great investment and very great value for the cost.

This is really good !!. Not heavy at all so i can move around and carry it perfectly fine. The feature's are really good I'm not much of a tech girly but i got this back in August and so far I've had no issues, the speed is great, the battery health is okay, when watching videos or playing games it runs down a little faster but kind of expected since its not a gaming laptop. It's a good laptop for lightweight basic things.

This Lap Top Works very well, I use it at work for factory automotive diagnostic software and its has worked better than the models the manufacture gives us to use.

I am absolutely LIVID! I paid for a laptop that will not work and they won't let me send it back, I've been trying to contact them for a half hour on the circus ride they are sending me on via voice mail, and I could spit nails right now. Update: After 2 hours of dealing with the HP runaround (including waiting 10 minutes between them answering in the chat, I found out how to contact Amazon. The customer service was really helpful and really fast! They contacted the seller and I expect a return label within 24-48 hours. I will update as events unfold. I would still like to have this laptop setup, but only a working one, please. Update: After four days, I still had not received a return label so I had to contact Amazon again. While I was on the chat with them, I finally received the label. So that was good. What is not good is that my entire business is still on hold because it is going to take two weeks for me to get a refund on this computer than I need to work on my business and fulfill my obligations. I am not very happy as this makes my business take a big hit. I do not anticipate buying from this seller again. I am disappointed that my money will take so long to be refunded by whoever has it. I will update once again when I have more news.

Fast light works great. Does not have biometric recognition. Keyboard layout need a bit of getting use to it. Bottom line you get what you pay for although is been only a couple of weeks of use.

Have owned over a half dozen laptops so far. Couple of Asus, 2 Acers , a Surface Pro and this is my second HP! I guess I have been blessed, because they all have been everything I needed... but this one is so fast - it does s*$! before I even know I want to do it. Agree with other reviews about construction... thought I was not gonna like the plastic construction at first but I quickly became OK with it when I realized the weight difference it makes over metal construction. Contrary to reviews that claim you have to have a Microsoft Business Account to set this laptop up and use it, that is simply NOT true. I used my Microsoft personal account to do initial setup quickly and after a couple of hours went back and even deleted that, using a login and password that has nothing to do with Microsoft. Search "using Windows 11 without a Microsoft account". The answer is simple and changing initial setup takes less than 3 minutes. you can remove your already installed Microsoft Account and get away from the annoying BS that accompanies it. Basically this is a super-fast laptop that probably well exceeds your needs. I do a lot of Audio editing for broadcast and have zero problems with lag time. I consider it a great buy and unless you have really high workload demands, this computer will more that exceed your needs! I highly recommend.
