Put my DHEA level through the roof after using for 3 months consistently. Took bloodwork to prove. Was trying to raise my testosterone. It didn't do that though

Designs for Health is a trustworthy brand for high quality supplements. When taking this supplement my sebaceous glands work a bit more which means it is working! I purchased this because of a book I'm reading for managing the menopausal transition. The recommendation was to support adrenal fatigue by taking this supplement. This does help, however I have transitioned to an herbal supplement to support the workings of the adrenals instead of just replacing the DHEA. Replacement is good for short term and intermittent needs but not a long term solution. I want my adrenals to heal and eventually function strongly on their own and simply replacing DHEA will not support that. Just know why you are taking this and it's all good because this product provides quality DHEA for my body to use.
