Kinda hard to turn if you want a small grind which kinda depleted my need for easy fresh grinding for my arthritis... I bought a set and one of them keeps loosening when I turn the handle to grind my peppercorns.

I had high hopes for these. We love to grind our salt and pepper, and we needed to replace an old grinder. But I find myself avoiding using these (I reach for the regular salt shaker now instead) because the lever is just hard and awkward to turn. If you are thinking about getting these, I would recommend not getting them and sticking with the standard rotating ones.
