I was a delicious cake, very moist and texture was perfect. Added the crushed pineapples, nuts and shredded carrots as directed. So many people said it was their favorite cake and happy with how delicious it was and said hard to fine a carrot cake that good. Bought 2 mixes so looking forward to serving it again.

This cake is truly delicious. I made it in a bar pan so the ration of frosting to bar is a lot higher. Made for a working event, where people snacked at time allowed, pan was empty when I went home. Good sign, and many compliments, and these people don't know I am celiac.

Great mix, although very pricey. My husband only likes pineapple upside down cake but he found a new favorite cake ! I gave it fewer stars because of the price. This brand turns out better than other gluten free mixes I’ve used.

We tried this instead of Namaste to save a few bucks, and we found it to be just as good. Will buy again.

VERY YUMMY. Buy two if you want to make a layer cake though.

I do not have a picture, but the whole family loved this. Even my husband who ALWAYS KNOWS IF IT GLUTEN FREE! My only tip, spread it very even in thickness. One end was thinner. I did not get a super dense cake...like the one picture. Perhaps it was the ingredients or over mixing on their part. I squeezed all of the liquid out of my pineapple. Then added two TBS juice back in. I cannot do cream cheese, so I made brown butter from one stick of butter, let it cool, then added 1/4 cup butter and blended. Then added quality vanilla, prob 2 tsp I do not measure vanilla. Then whipped until fluffy alternating powdered sugar and drizzles of water. Once I had the desired texture I added a ton of chopped pecans. (I did not put walnuts in the cake.) OMG it was sooooo good! I am re-purchasing this now. I will be making this for Easter.

This is a fantastic gluten-free carrot cake I highly recommend I had it with the pineapples added versus no pineapples just with walnuts, and my overall opinion it was way better with just walnuts, fresh carrots shreds, and the mix . The pineapple took away the carrot cake flavor,. Be sure and top it off with a good cream cheese frosting fantastic !!!
