an expensive disappointment
Very disappointed. I had a previous BKLN fry pan that was amazingly nonsticky. Best fry pan I ever owned, but this replacement grabs food even with oil. Moreover, the exterior stains and attempts to clean the stain result in rubbing the finish off. Cleanup is more work than a nonstick pan should be.
