This is extremely thin cable and is not designed for UK use. The colours are wrong to start with.It will be useful for low voltage/current uses. It may take mains voltage at a low current, but I am not sure that I would risk it.

Very thin
In fairness, the description does say that this cable is for low voltage uses such as computer, radio, door bell, lamp. That is all I would consider using it for. It is not for use even on a lighting circuit. It a similar diameter to a washing line. Its hard to tell in pictures what you are getting so it was a surprise how thin the cable was when it arrived.
