I chose this product after reading the reviews of these and similar products. I bought them for my back for use while playing golf following a back problem. They are great - they give a lovely warmth and retain their heat extremely well giving a lovely comfortable feeling on the area of my back most needed. You forget you have a patch on apart from the warmth. The adhesive patch is easy to attach to an underlayer of clothing and stays in place. I have since ordered some more and will use while doing more walking during lockdown.

It kept coming off and did not do the job well.

Stays warm for several hours

This does keep me warm whilst playing golf in the winter. Keeps warm for around 5 hours. Great product!

I bought these to keep me warm whilst watching long cold sports matches, but the first one I used actually for my little girl to soothe a tummy ache. She attached it to the front of her pyjama's and I was impressed with how long it appeared to stay hot (actually about 10 hours!)
