I had an issue of steam not coming out. The support team has attended and picked the unit and sent a new replacement. They explained properly and guided me. The replaced one is working very well. Thanks to support team.

Great product complimented by an amazing customer service

I have been using the Rossmann garment steamer for three weeks now and couldn’t be happier with its performance. It works wonderfully on all fabrics, delivering perfect results without any risk of burning. Even lightweight materials come out flawlessly. I recently tried it on blazer, and it gave excellent results, just as I expected. The steamer makes ironing much faster and more efficient. The only drawback is the ironing board provided with the product, which isn’t strong enough for pressing. I use my regular sturdy ironing board instead, and it works perfectly with the steamer. Overall, this is an outstanding product that has made my ironing routine much easier and more effective. Highly recommended.

Please don’t waste your money in buying such expensive product, mostly they are used or refurbished it seems , as product will work for 10-15 days and then will start giving issues. Their customer care is helpful but again as they follow some 3rd party platform for pick and delivery to mumbai for repair, so it’s just a time waste and frustrating as the total procedure will take min 20 days without steamer. Suggest to buy some not so expensive as lot of problems in using this machine , like auto off I don’t why but while performing it will shut down a automatically and then you have to restart the entire process. Think 10 times before to buy this , or else keep a standby steamer , now I paid 20k instead 13 k when I bought as need to have stand by device

Product is really good and designed very well. Majorly their service is amazing. As I faced some issues with the product and the way my query was handled and resolved is just brilliant.

Worst product. Not even working after one month.for service need to shipped by myself to the service center.

The product design is so practical, they have designed it keeping the users requirement in mind. So it's suitable for all types of clothes, especially sarees and kids clothes can't be hanged and ironed easily, I needed a regular iron box for it. Only thing is we need to use filter water or water below 50 TDS.
