Great for fairy lights
These actually work really well..purchased one set just to see and was so impressed I ordered the 2nd set I needed...I used to spend loads replacing 6 batteries at a time for my fairy lights now they're just plugged into a double usb plug

Perfect
Bought a lovely neon light online and didn’t realise it was battery and not mains. Bought this and is now at full power all of the time and have put it on a timer! Great value and perfect for its required function

Great for Fairy Lights
These are quite easy to use, and I used them with a set of fairy lights in order to "convert" them to USB power, which worked well. The only thing I think could have made the product better is different pack size options, as this only includes one USB-A to DC cable, and one dummy battery with the cable, so if the item you're using only has 2 or 3 batteries required the rest essentially become useless, so if you need a few things to be powered by USB in this way, you will need multiple sets of this item.

IT WORKS AND DOES WHAT YOU THINK IT WILL!!!!!
For anyone unsure - GET IT! IT'S AMAZING!Plus the 1 x Connected batter into the unit and the other ones are just "blanks" but they complete the circuit in the item you're connecting to!So So happy we did this, the cable for the battery compartment is flat so can be closed fully - Really will recommend these!

Underpowered
This does not give enough power, as 4 AA batteries is 6v and this only gives 5v
