Great taste just as everyone says, it would remind you of a tums chewable but larger. I just started my journey on these 3 weeks ago. So I am waiting to see the effect it has on my PCOS! so far I can vouch for the taste and I can tell it’s impacting my hormones. Still get chin hairs though. Acne improving on my cheeks. My mood improving which is something I really wanted it to affect! My energy level has increased. Only side effect is upset stomach if you don’t eat with food. These are great especially if you don’t like taking pills or have to drink 4 pills at once. These are convenient and chewable. The cherry flavor is mild but still good. These remind me of necco or smarties candies flavor profile wise. These remind fact that it’s a chewable makes it easier to take and easy to remember if I took one or not. I highly recommend!

I have been taking these capsules for 6 months after this brand was recommended to me by my primary physician. I HIGHLY recommend them. ***One note: make EXTRA sure to do your research/talk to your doc about the right dosage for you!*** My body needed double the daily dosage from the recommendations on the bottle. It takes time (months) so don’t expect a quick fix, but combined with a healthy diet and exercise these make a huge difference in cycle regulation.

Giving four stars for now. I will be trying this for at least 6 months and will come back on in 3 months with an update as well. Taste initially before chewing not my fav so hurry and chew and flavor is fine after that. It’s not as chalky as tums it definitely has more moisture in it. I have PCOS with symptoms of tiredness, thinning hair, hirsutism, acne as well as cystic from time to time, cysts, irregular period and once in a while depression. Hoping this helps! I tried this for three weeks. Unfortunately it did not do well with my body. I got nauseous, upset stomach, headaches and insomnia from this. The taste was fine and I’m sure not everyone’s body reacts this way but mine did unfortunately.

So far taking this product has helped me get my period back on a regular cycle. I was skipping a month and my OGBYN recommended this product to me. The only downsize of this product is how big the pills are, but I can just easily swallow them with taking big sips of water. If you're looking for something not on the expensive side, then I think thirty bucks is good value for the money you'll be spending on this product.

This took about a month for me to notice a change, I started not having the afternoon crash and just felt better all around! They tasted okay, a little chalky but the flavor was good!

So far very happy with these. Haven't taken them long enough to evaluate health benefits, but I am happy to not have to take 4 pills or mix powder into a drink to get the equivalent. Very appreciative that it's not too sweet and only contains 1 carb, a lot less than most gummy versions. I don't mind taking pills but it is nice to have a solid alternative. Another review compared its taste to fun dip and I have to agree it reminds me a lot of fun dip. Will see overtime if it does what it's advertised to do. Overall happy with it and would purchase again.
