200 Hz and Built-in speakers?!
The reason behind 4 stars not 5, is because of lying to the customer in the title that it supports 200Hz but it doesnt to bring attention, and lying in the product details that there is built-in speakers and there isnt. Overall, the quality is very good, the packing quality and saftey is amazing, everything went good

Perfect monitor for ps5 slim but doesn’t have speakers
this monitor is perfect with good colour and has ps5 slim 120hz 1440p support but one downside is that it doesn’t have speakers but its advertised as a monitor with dual 2w speakers which os false and i would like the false advertisement to be removed, beside this i am satisfied with the monitoe

Good, but Arrived Incomplete
I GOT DELIEVRY IN TIME, WHENThe product was delivered on time and appears to be well-made. However, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the necessary screw to attach the base to the LED stand was missing. It's a crucial component, and I'm now unsure how to proceed with assembly. I hope the seller can provide a solution I OPEND IT THERE WAS NOT SCREW

Got this monitor at a great deal but I guess none of that matters if the display doesnt even display anything. It’s literally only been about 2 months of the lightest use, I barely use my setup at all, which is kind of why I even felt comfortable enough to buy anything from this garbage brand. And yet after maybe barely under 60 hours of total use, the monitor just stopped working. It will boot and I can tell it is working by the backlight making out a vague image behind the screen and windows recognizing the monitor is there, but there is no image. I’ve tried different cables and changing ports. Even tried restarting graphics drivers. Just read another review extremely similar to my experience. I guess I will reach out since there is a 3 year warranty but I really just want my money back, and I don’t believe they’ll fix anything to be honest. Let’s see what Amazon says, or maybe I’m just out 660$.

Was scared about pulling a bad QC Monitor, but either I lucked out or they upped their game. Slight adjustments using Microsoft hdr cal tool and I am left quite pleased with its performance. Good stuff.

First impressions review of H27T27. They also are selling H27T13. YMMV. I am not a gamer so this is not a review of suitability. Amazing that a display in this price range is even of interest to gamers. The display is beautiful. It is far brighter with far more adjustment than I will ever use. The picture viewing angle is reasonable, there is very little variation side to side when looking directly at the monitor, better than my laptop display. There is minimal backlight bleed, especially for an inexpensive ips panel. There is a stuck pixel, or possibly a cluster of 2 in the lower right corner--ymmv. They have an explicit pixel guarantee you can check out on their website. If anyone is looking for power buttons or controls, it is all in the joystick on the back right corner. Just hold down 3 seconds to power off. Menu is very intuitive. I'm using vesa 100 mount, so can't speak to the stand. The only issue is that the screws I have are a little long--they won't tighten down all the way. No mounting screws included. But no issue with stability or usability once mounted. I'm running this at qhd 75hz, which is all my hdmi-display port adapter will support. Can't verify 100hz. It's more than fine for me. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Hope it holds up. I hadn't heard of KTC. Turns out they are an established, global company. They have a real CS team that returned my email overnight. They confirmed that all of their monitors have a three-year warranty. This is from their website: For 27 years in the display hardware market, KTC is basically the OEM manufacturer for some premium and medium Monitor Brands. Our excellent quality being widely praised in the industry, while KTC’s own brand is blank. In Jan. 2021, our own brand KTC(Key to Combat) was born with the concept of “Customer First, Inspire Innovation,” which made a jump from secretly to the onstage. Good: - 32" 4k is amazing w/ 144Hz - LCD doesn't have burn in concerns - The full array local dimming (FALD) is quite good for gaming and videos. Black levels are extremely dark and brights are impressive as well. - Text clarity is great for productivity - KVM and USB-C are super helpful for switching between my work laptop and gaming desktop setups. Bad: - Quality Control seems to be lacking. My monitor had several areas with a few dead pixels each. Sadly, I returned mine due to the dead pixels. - FALD is not great for productivity. I write software and WFH a few days a week. With FALD enabled, moving a white mouse around a dark background (like VS Code), you get weird blooming. - FALD can't match OLED for micro details like stars in the night sky or a city at night with lots of little lights. Conclusion: - Overall this would be a pretty solid monitor with great specs and features like a KVM and USB-C w/ PD. It can't match OLED for micro details, but you don't have to worry about burn in. It is a great price for the features, and maybe you'll get lucky and not get any dead pixels.
