THESE ARE VERY NICE AND THE XL IS TRUE TO SIZE
I was very pleased with these gloves. I bought them for my husband in an XL. I know that they are really workout gloves but he uses them when lifting equipment. Using them for that purpose will mean that they won't last as long but he says they really protect his hands and that they really fit well. At first he didn't think that he would like the wrist strap and now he thinks it's the greatest addition to gloves ever thought of. He says it actually stabilizes his wrists and prevents injuries.

Good Padding and Protection
A good pair of weight lifting gloves, although they are rather bulky. However they protect your hands and still provide a good grip. I do not care for the long strap that secures it around your wrist though. i know it can be used for deadliest but I find it distracting. I do recommend these gloves.

It's easy to lift weights with them
I was testing this gloves lately and they are well made. It's easy to lift weights with them. Important thing, get right fit otherwise they will be uncomfortable to wear. Over all I would say it's a good buy for the price and quality.
