Finally, I have found a comfortable nasal cannula after being tortured for 3 weeks! Exactly what I needed, the nasal prongs are just a bit longer so I am getting oxygen IN my nose, not outside and around my nostrils. It is also soft and flexible, very comfortable. My nose and I thank you.

Works for in house concentrator units where you already have lengthy hose in use. I suspect it's also probably good for probable units. The only exception would be if you are stuck with E tank in a cart. With that scenerio the 4ft hose is a bit too short and creates problems with mobility, but I can also say that the tube does fit nice and snugly on the tank nozzle and holds much more securely than a number of canulas that easily pop off of these tanks because the tube circumference is too loose on the E tank nozzle. The canula portion is as they suggest, soft and non irritating and the curved nasal insert is more comfortable. So maybe not great for all scenarios but is great for most.
