HOLY SMOKES! My dog is short hair, but sheds a LOT. I finally got around to using this and the amount of not just surface hair, but deep embeded hair that came out was nothing short of astonishing. GET THIS! It is wonderful. My dog had no issues with it and it was gentle on his skin. My cat LOVED it (but he loves being brushed in general).

If you have a siberian or any thick/double coated dog this is perfect. You dont need an expensive brush, Get you a simple brush like this. I thought there was something wrong because i could never pull more than a handfull of fur off of my dog. Now that i have this brush, I've gotten more than ever. Durable yet cheap. Easy to use and great at removing fur

This is a great deshedding tool. I got it for my cats and it has worked well. They also don't mind me using it on them.

It's okay. Gets a lot of the fur off but leaves a lot behind too. I had to use it for about 30-45 minutes and still didn't get all loose fur from my Olde English Bulldog.

Not only does this descending tool work great our cats love for us to use it on them.

The “English” used is a joke. This is noted as a “Faded Comb” not a deshedding comb. The handle broke free from comb bracket. This was easily repaired with superglue. I guess that this was a corner cut in the assembly process. The metal comb itself appears well made and my dog loved the comb. My dog didn’t fade.

Removes lots of hair which would otherwise become hairballs which I would have to clean up. Easy to use, comfortable to handle. Must feel good because my cat loves it.

Built quality is very good. I have a beagle and he is a heavy shedder. Having read the review I ordered this and it really works. His shedding has reduced by almost 90%. This comb is in two pieces that snap into place for easy cleaning when necessary. It's light & comfortable to hold. The teeth are shallow so I think is best for short & semi long hair cat. Don't have a dog,I assume the same applies. You can get to the skin to remove scurf particularly along the back to tail My cats don't object to it at all. I have a much larger similar style brush/comb for removing dead undercoat when they're moulting,which can take some time. This comb is useful as you can go over loose hair fairly quickly. Also is good for face - especially throat & chin area. Can deffo recommend. Am fortunate in that none of my cats have coat that tangles easily - I've always used a flat comb to take out any rare mats.Then this new item will give a tidy finish to the coat. So yep, is inexpensive and worth trying.
