A nice thick porridge mix - very satisfied!

I grabbed these mostly out of curiosity - I was so sure that millet was predominantly bird-feed, so I was interested to try cooking with them. It's got a really sweet and clean taste - I tried making porridge with it, and it was absolutely delicious! The resealable bag means they stay fresh for long, which is an added bonus!I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a porridge alternative, or something sweet to try out!

I wish they carried this in our local grocery store. This is a great gluten-free option for those with sensitive stomachs. It has a nutty flavour, but its texture reminds me of a firm couscous. I actually like the taste, and it is very easy to cook. It can be used in a variety of recipes. This millet is consistently clean and sweet without a bitter taste.

☑️ As described and as advertised.☑️ Well packaged and well presented.☑️ Good tamper evident packaging as we were unable to open without tearing/cutting off the top.☑️ Good press seal to reseal packaging after opening but these can easily be decanted into another airtight container.☑️ Good fresh look and taste. No issues with other unexpected contaminants.☑️ Organic and GMO free.No issues to report. We think this is a decent value pack and it provides a variety of quick and easy additions to savoury dishes

I ordered a 500 gram bag of Organic Millet Flakes. These arrived in a resealable bag with a best before date of 6 months from now, so plenty of time to use it. These are millet flakes not the grains, so you can use them to make porridge instead of oats or use them to make millet bread. I especially like that they are organic and non GMO. This is a reputable company and a good product. I can definitely recommend these millet flakes.

These millet flakes are good quality, but they are not good value in the 500g bags. Millet can be substituted for oats in most recipes. It has a better nutritional profile than oats. Unfortunately it is less digestible. If you have any kind of digestion abnormality I recommend avoiding millet. It is best to soak the flakes overnight in a fridge if you are intending to eat them as a cold cereal.
