Works outstanding it charges my wife’s scooter without fail and keeps the batteries in her scooter charged fully when needed given the need if so I would buy it again if the need arises I recommend you buy this product if your charger for your scooter with this adapter wheres out.

Works perfectly

This is about half the size of the original charger that came with my mobility scooter, which makes it much easier to transport and use. The price was fantastic, and it works like a dream!

The jack is a bit different than what is in the picture. I am one who likes the picture to be exact to the product I receive in the mail. There is also no little white tag with words on the front. It's all black and has a round light instead of oval to show red when charging. So three major differences from the picture. I plugged in the charger into my battery pack (a pack I knew had good working batteries in it that were half charged already) and the light didn't come on for several seconds. I waited and then it finally kicked in. Within two hours the light turned green and think maybe that means it's charged? I hope so. I also wish I could insert a picture of what it truly looks like. But I preferred to do my review through my account to verify me as a purchaser.On the back it says Output is 24V and 2A. For the price I spent, it can't be beat. I paid 7.16 with 4.99 for shipping and will keep this charger. Actually, when I checked the box to buy two it gave me a dollar off on the shipping even. So grand total for 2 was a grand total of 23.30 with shipping included. I see within 2 days of my purchase they raised the price already. Still, at 9.99 and 4.99 with shipping these are a great deal.I was stunned to learn the cheapest I could buy at the medical store in town was for 140 dollars. Though it charges the batteries in an hour. That would be nice. But for the price I got, I'll just continue charging at night like I always have.Every battery charger I found that comes with any chair or scooter has two parts. The plug in to the wall actually comes out of the charging box. But this does not. It's just one singular piece.I will be telling everyone I know that has a chair or scooter about these chargers... Hopefully they will stay inexpensive.

First one I got lasted years when it was well taken care of. It even survived being used in a metal shed through several seasons. So as long as you don’t expect it to get run over a lot, it’ll work great. I’ve gotten a total of three of them because I know the issues I’ve had are not the fault of the manufacturer. I just need to make sure I always have one that works for when the person using it breaks them.But more recently it has been getting beaten and abused. It gets run over and sometimes dragged by a motorized wheelchair. In these conditions the wires started breaking inside the wire’s insulation. The original one the weak point was where the output wire comes out of the case. The more recent one had this issue as well as a broken wire inside the connector after some abuse. So if you have one that breaks with the light still coming on, those are the points of failure we have found so far.Once again to be clear, the issues I’ve had are from the abuse the charger has gotten.
