Just like everything else...or almost everything else...one product, brand to brand, is not the same, necessarily, especially when it comes to what we consume. ORGANIC...there's a discussion about that, too. Is "it" REALLY ORGANIC! Well, somewhere along the line, we have to do some research on the company we buy from, as their branding will definitely take a shape, accordingly. No aluminum, no leaking of the bag, and functionality expectations fall in place. Ask yourself, "IS THIS PRODUCT OVERLY PROCESSED, with additives and preservatives...and what are they, if so?" Health conscious people will care what they're consuming, and I chose this product, considering myself a VERY health conscious individual. Yes, I do recommend it.

This baking soda is aluminum free! Works like any other baking soda but with the comfort of knowing it is safe to use. Too many additives are being put in our food supply and it's nice to find things that are still genuinely real. Not only for cooking, but throw some in your tub for a nice soak! It's good for your body! I add to my shampoo when washing my hair for a really clean feel. Try it!
