Very pleased, delivered faster than promised, and with my sauna down for a week, it was greatly appreciated. Great unit upgraded from my 6k, and now it heats in 35 minutes instead of 60 minutes.

In use for about two months. Works great. Wiring instructions are horrible, used YouTube videos to show me how to wire it up. Easy to use once installed.

So far so good. But I want people to know that if you buy the heater with the remote (wired) controls you’ll have to do a lot of extra wiring. The main circuit has to go to the control panel first, then to the heater. The control panel must be outside the sauna so it’s not as easy as connecting to your old wiring. I thought people should know.

This sauna heater is exactly as described and works perfectly. It heats up quickly, maintains consistent temperature, and creates that authentic sauna experience I was looking for.
