This is so great. I love how it feels on my head. One of my friends who got it and has less hair than me sort of burned his scalp with it. Not where it actually burned but was uncomfortable. I have not had that because my hair is thick but it is something to be aware of if you have more scalp showing. My hair is growing faster and I just like it!

I am already seeing new hair growing, you have to be consistent; but it works great. Great price for the value. Easy to use and you only need to use it for 20 minutes every other day.

The USB connector fell apart and when I tried to reconnect it, it failed to function as advertised.

This cap was very bright and seemed to work well, but the cap is way too small for me head. Even when loosened all the way, it wouldn't come down in front when my receding hairline is; nor all the way around. There is also a rather thick inside fabric that goes all the way around on the inside.I did love that it would hook into any USP port though.Other than that, a good hat, but had to return it.

I ordered this unit a few months ago for my father. When he opened it the unit wouldn’t work unless he bent the wire that enters the hat in a u-shape. After a few days the whole thing wouldn’t work. After notifying the seller I promptly received replacement product that works great and appears like an improved product. I appreciate the prompt feedback and service from the seller.This is the most powerful red light therapy hat available. It’s certainly more powerful than alternatives I’ve tried.

Product worked fine until about 5 months after purchase. I had an issue with the controller but couldn't find a way to talk with the Customer Service to resolve it. I was finally contacted by them and they replaced the whole package, not just the controller as I had requested I actually got a call from China, as well! WOW! So I have to say they have excellent customer service!

Made my hair grow back. Very functional fits fine easy to use seems like good quality. Just find 30 minutes a day to sit down and watch ch television and your hair will regrow. I got it because I have Parkinson’s and I thought from internet research it might keep the dementia part away plus I was loosing my hair. I think I got my moneys worth and it is comfy to sit while it’s working.

The customer service of this company is the best I have ever seeing. I normally do not write reviews, but this one deserves one. I had a small issue with my product and right away with not many questions asked they helped me.I love my cap, and I believe it is really helping my hair to be stronger and grow. It is a long process but worth it.
