Didn't last long. But Holy Stone customer service is great
I used it 3 times, worked great and allowed me to put in 3 batteries and come back about 2 hours later and they were fully charged. Went to use it today and the usb c port came unhooked from the circuit board. Wish there was a 3rd party charger but I had to order another one. Here's to hoping it lasts longer. Might take it apart and try and solder it back. When it worked it was great.Changed to 5 stars because they reached out to me. Their customer service is great and I really like their products even if the last one didnt last long. I would have continued and will continue to buy them.

***DOESN'T CHRAGE SIMULTANEOUSLY!
The charger works so far. I literally just got it and an extra battery. Holy stone and Amazon NEED TO CHANGE DESCRIPTION! It states it can charge SIMULTANEOUSLY while in the instructions it clearly states " the charging hub CAN'T charge multiple batteries at the same time, it can only charge the batteries one by one according to the order of high to low power". As mentioned I just got it so I can't speak on how well it does charging multiple batteries (one at a time remember) or the longevity of the charger. Day 1 I would've given 5 stars but it's very misleading in description so 4

Great product!! @Read about charging 3 batteries.@
It's very apparent that those individuals complaining about the hub not charging 3 simultaneously HAVEN'T READ THE MANUAL. Because it clearly states, as shown in the picture: "The charging hub can't charge multiple batteries at the same time." Think about it, it's being powered just by a 5V adapter. Why do you think it takes long to charge just one, little less three?? It doesn't have that kind of power!! READ the instructions, before complaining over nothing.

Battery precautions
If not for this docking station the batteries can only be charged when installed in the craft, however the docking station will only charge one battery at a time. The first time I used this charger the indicators showed the batteries were fully charged, I left the batteries in the docking station after unplugging the charger and placed the docking station and charged batteries in it and then placed the assembly in the craft carry case and the next morning when I set the craft up for its maiden voyage the batteries were at half charge state. I assumed that I may have pressed the discharge button when I placed the assembly in the carry case. I flew the craft until all three batteries were in need of recharge. After setting up the docking station to charge the three batteries I proceeded to do chores and came back after approx. 90 minutes to find the first battery fully charged and removed the charged battery. I left the remaining two batteries in the docking station and ran some errands that took approx. two hours. When I returned to check the status of the charger I smelled a horrible odor like an electrical fire as I approached my workshop, I was greeted by a cloud of billowing white smoke when I opened the door, I found the middle battery in the docking station had completely melted down and the other remaining battery was still intact however could not be removed as it was retained by melted plastic of the docking station. The wall socket, the power adapter and the charging cable were all undamaged and thankfully no fire broke out, yet the work bench and all my tools and equipment inside the workshop were covered in black dust. I reached out to Holy Stone and explained my experience and sent them pictures and they offered to replace the charger and two batteries, although I will have to wait tree or four weeks for the replacement items to arrive. I am posting the review in order to inform others of my experience and will update as soon as I can use the craft again. I suspect the cause was the battery and not the charger yet am not fully certain and suggest that people who have this drone and charger system not charge the batteries inside their home. My workshop will likely smell like an electrical fire for weeks if not months and I can't imagine the expense to clean up if I had this take place inside my home. UPDATE: I received a replacement charger from Holy Stone along with what I will take as a sincere apology for the melt down. I am still waiting for the replacement of two batteries, but in the meantime the replacement charger is working great.

Garbage
I should have trusted the reviews. Does not work well at all. The discharge button doesn't work. It all of a sudden stopped charging batteries all together. What an absolute disappointment and waste of money.

Doesnt work properly
It has never charged 3 batteries simultaneously. It has only worked intermittently and now after 2 months it no longer charges at all. Bought a HS900, great drone, but if you want to fly everyday and can not have 3 batteries charged, then you have to charge them one at a time though the drone itself. No one has that kind of time. Last Holy Stone drone and Holy Stone product I will ever buy.
