Love the fact that my headaches and tension go away immediately when I rub on my temples and I love the smell it’s so calming I will be buying this again when I run out I bought 2 bottles!

Product does help. I would recommend but not a penicia.

I rub a couple dabs of this lotion around the outside of my nose at night when I am exhausted physically but my brain won’t shut off. It is the only thing that has helped me. I have been using this product for over 4 years and always keep a spare bottle in my medicine cabinet. It has been a life saver for getting to sleep! I probably use it 2-3 times a week.

Originally received this as a gift and now can't live or should I say sleep without it some nights. Highly recommend to help with sleep issues. Works really great to help me go to sleep when nothing else does.
