Marvel's Avengers Infinity War: The Official Movie Special Book

This series of Marvel tie-in books are nicely priced and this particular one does well in providing information both for those about to see the film and those who've already seen it, filling in back story and with some good behind-the-scenes shots.It's "infinitely" better than its successor ("Endgame") in that the interviews with the cast seem to be real interviews as opposed to just one or two sentences grabbed at a press junket, and there is some meat in the interview with the directors at least, although claiming content from Stan lee when all you get is his usual self-promotional couple of sentences is a bit cheeky! The photos are great and include some very nice "behind the scenes" shots and at the asking price this is a steal for any fan of the movie. The section giving the history of each stone and who held it, and which movies it featured in previously and how alone is worth the asking price.

Shorter than I thought it would be, but overall a really good quality product. Perfect for a marvel fan.

A really good read for any marvel fan. The book was written before the release of the film in that no spoilers are told. It features unseen production pictures and interesting interviews with every major marvel character.

The photo's, stories and interviews were just what I was looking for.

Bought it for my girl and she loved it! She read like 3 pages and then we were off to Sunrise records to finish our MCU blu ray collection! The book is filled with all kinds of good trivia from the movies, perfect for the marvel nerd !!!

C’est un superbe livre de 96 pages, rédigé en anglais, qui a été concocté par l’éditeur.Il commence par les coulisses du tournage, qui reviennent sur l’importance des pierres de l’infini, toutes leurs connexions sont détaillées à travers les films, afin de conclure ce chapitre épique de Marvel, avec Thanos comme némésis ultime.S’ensuit un entretien avec les acteurs qui interprètent les cinq Avengers originaux, seul manque à l’appel Jeremy Renner, puisque son personnage Hawkeye n’apparait pas dans le film.On poursuit les entretiens, avec la deuxième vague des Avengers, avec entre autres, Chadwick Boseman qui incarne Black Panther, Elisabeth Olsen qui campe Scarlet Witch ou bien encore Benedict Cumberbatch dans le rôle de Docteur Strange, qui font partie d’une dizaine d’entretiens au total, permettant de recouper des informations sur la production du film.Enfin, le livre se termine par des entretiens avec les alliés des Avengers, comme les Gardiens de la Galaxie ou bien leurs ennemis, comme Loki ou Thanos, incarnés respectivement par Tom Hiddleston et Josh Brolin.Excellent bouquin, qui permet de plonger au cœur de la création de l’avant dernier chapitre d’une saga, initiée dix ans auparavant par le film pilier « Iron Man ».Indispensable pour tout fan.
