This product in subtle different aromas is a great find for nasal issues. I was always having nose bleeds because of dry weather. Small in size but a little goes a long way and it works great! Price is good for the quality and longevity.

I have a deviated septum and all kinds of issues with allergies. When I travel to a dry climate, my nasal passages just close. I bought this for a recent week in Vegas. It worked so much better than any of the sprays. It is a very small size but how much do you need? The small size was perfect to fit in my Fanny pack. Every few hours I just found a bathroom and reapplied. I was at a 3 day music festival for 12+ hours at a time followed by a few days of dessert exploration. This combined with my regular allergy meds and sprays kept me breathing like I haven’t ever been able to previously. I could really tell the difference in how it hydrated my nasal passages

First, this product works great. I've bought it 3 times so far and have no complaints with the gel. I used Ayr gel for years and this works so much better. It lasts much longer (several hours) than any other nasal moisturizer that I have tried. My only complaint is with the packaging. The small plastic jar is cumbersome and can slowly leak product, so it seems the outside of the jar is always a little greasy. If used during travel, it should be put into a plastic bag to protect other contents. If only they would make this available in a tube (like Ayr Nasal Gel), I would give it 5-stars!

Better than saline gel! This is so much better than using saline gel. The winds are picking up, plus the dryness at work are wrecking havoc on sinus and causing frequent nosebleeds and sore noses. This work great and the lavender scent is very mild. It was especially helpful after having cauderization done. Kept everything moist!

This is a wonderful product. I thought I was going to give up on my CPAP machine. I have a nasal pillow type mask. My nose got very irritated, and I couldn't use my mask. My doctor recommended this gel, and even though I thought it was expensive, I gave it a try, and it solved the issue. It has a light scent of lavender, but the aroma wears off quickly, and a little goes a long way. I'm glad I can use my CPAP again.

I live in the desert so I use this stuff in my nose EVERY night. Keeps bloody noses and stuffiness away year round.

This would be a five star product if not for the packaging. I really hate to give a product a less than stellar review because of the packaging, but seriously, get some tools and a chair because this product is wrapped up tighter than Fort Knox. Whoever makes this must have been a victim of the 80s headache/fever reducer bottle issue. There are 5, yes really 5, levels of entry to use this product, not counting the package it is delivered in. It comes in a box. Then the product inside the box is shrink wrapped with a perforated seal. Next is a label connected to the lid and the jar that you can’t open without cutting because the jar is so slimy from product leakage, which quite frankly could only be happening during the bottling process because again, Fort Knox. Then there is a cardboard seal that makes you think you are about to hit gold, but nope, one more foil seal that you also have to cut into, thus getting product all over your cutting tool. This product is good, but not good enough to warrant the level of security. It is also not quite as good as it was the first time I purchased. I believe this is my fourth jar. It used to smell of lavender, but no longer does. It is also less of an ointment texture and more watery. I use this with my CPAP and will continue to purchase, but for the love of Pete, this is not liquid gold. Chill out on the packaging.

Smells lovely and has improved my nosebleeds.

Nice smell, but so far still I am having the same problem at night even using this product. It is good quality but not so effective for me.
