Just use a hot iron to apply and then trim off the excess

Used this to edge an oak door that had been trimmed .Worked very well and looked great

The edging tape was good quality but the adhesive did not seem adequate
The edging tape was good quality but the adhesive did not seem adequate.After applying the tape with a warm iron it seemed to stick OK but then after a short time it started to lift off I had to remove the tape & this time with adhesive from the previous tape on the surface,applying a new section it did stick So it would seem that there is not sufficient adhesive on the tape
